I didn’t grow up dreaming of starting a cleaning company.
But I did grow up believing in excellence, dignity, and doing things right — even if it’s just sweeping a floor.
Before MingoClean ever had a name, I worked in hospitality. I learned what it meant to care about the details — how a clean space made guests feel seen, respected, and welcomed. But I also saw the dark side of the cleaning world: broken promises, poor service, and people being treated like their work didn’t matter.
That never sat right with me.
So one day, I stopped waiting for a better cleaning company to appear — and decided to build it myself.
